The goddess, Elen, is also known as the ‘Lady of the Ways’. this refers to the ancient trackways, paths and leylines. The only goddess to wear horns, she has chosen those of the reindeer. this is the only female deer to have antlers. She is seen as the female version of Cernunnos and is connected to Herne the Hunter, as his consort.
