The artist Naomi Walker has been inspired by the Moon for this range of cards.
Different moons throughout the year also have names passed down through legend and folklore. The Harvest Moon is the full moon which occurs nearest to the Autumn Equinox in September. The range is entitled the “Twelve Moons’ Blessing Collection”.
In this picture, the artist shows the Harvest Moon, low in the purple evening sky. In the centre is a tree, losing the last of its leaves, whilst by its roots are the final crops ready to be harvested. On the back of the card are words explaining the significance of the Harvest Moon.
The card measures 21cm x 14.8cm, which is A5. It is blank inside for your own message and comes with an envelope.
